Donkey Bazaar Gift Shop is run by The Tamar Valley Donkey Park & Sanctuary,
all profits from the gifts sold through this shop are used directly
to help pay for the upkeep of all the donkeys and other animals kept
by the sanctuary.
Delivery – We aim to deliver within 7 days from receipt
of order. You will be advised if there is any delay in sending your
order. Please
allow at least 10 days from placement of order before querying non-delivery.
Overseas orders will of course take longer to receive. We are not able
to accept post office box numbers as delivery addresses
Postage & Packing – All prices include P & P charges
to the UK. For orders overseas the following charges will be added
- Europe £5, Rest of World £10
Guarantee – Your custom is important to us and we hope
you are happy with your purchase. We aim to describe all our products
as accurately
as possible, should your purchase fail to meet your expectations, simply
return it to us within 10 days. We guarantee to replace it or refund
the purchase price. You also have a statutory right to cancel you order
and receive a full refund for any goods within 7 days after receipt
of goods.
Returns – Items may be returned for refund within 10 days of
receipt, as long as the item is unused, undamaged and fit for re-sale.
The buyer is liable for returns postal charges. Returns should be sent

Tax Charges – where applicable, is included in the price
of all products.
